After introducing Dooly to a few teammates, it's now used across my team and my manager as well. We mainly use it to maintain SFDC hygiene in a jiffy. The responsiveness is great and I would recommend anyone who is in an individual contributor role who uses Salesforce to give it a try and see the difference

We use Dooly.AI in our sales team to keep track of our opportunities, take notes on call, link those calls with opportunities in Salesforce and maintain our pipeline.

It's suited if you are in sales because you don't have to take notes in one application and then add them to Salesforce. You can seamlessly sink everything which makes life very easy. It also is great to keep track of all your opportunities and pipeline. Its less appropriate in my opinion for non sales roles where Salesforce is not used.

I'm not sure if Dooly.AI is being used by other departments, but within the Sales Org we use it heavily to save time updating Salesforce opportunities. Dooly.AI is great because I can take notes, link them to the opportunity, hit sync and an activity record will show up with all the notes so I don't have to manually input information into Salesforce. I also love how you can build reports and and update fields in Salesforce across multiple opportunities while looking at a list view, something that I wasn't able to figure out in Salesforce and used to use Clari for, but the Dooly.AI interface is much easier to use and has other features that I love in addition to editing opportunities en masse. It's also a great collaboration tool as I can see notes from other team members on the same account, they make suggestions for competitive intel based on keywords, it keeps a nice, clean ongoing list of notes for each opportunity. As you can see, the list goes on and on - I love Dooly.AI and would recommend it to anyone that wants a better note take system and wants to save time updating your CRM.

Dooly.AI is used by our entire GTM organization. We leverage Dooly to have a single source of truth of notes for all of our key accounts (sales/partners) and the relevant meetings and opportunities associated with those accounts. For any meeting we have, we are able to take notes and relate information to specific keywords. With integrations, Dooly syncs between our calendars and Salesforce, making it easy to log calls/emails and share notes across the entire team.

Dooly.AI is well suited for larger GTM teams with thousands of accounts. When partnerships, sales, and sales engineering are all involved with an account, Dooly makes it easy to collaborate and share notes between the entire team. This all integrates with Salesforce, so anyone that comes in later to an account can go back into Dooly notes and get caught up quickly.

Dooly.AI can also be used for smaller teams. I don't see a scenario where Dooly.AI wouldn't be appropriate.

Dooly.AI is being used by our organization for many different reasons. Primarily, my usage on the sales side is heavily leveraging the integration with Salesforce. This integration allows for me to do many things. 1) Directly take notes from a custom template that I have created that will sync back into the opportunity on SalesForce. 2) I have the ability to make updates to my opportunities such as next steps, moving pipeline stages and may other pieces. <br><br>As a whole it allows for us to streamline the note taking process and admin work that it would take within salesforce to find each field to edit and then save hoping you did it the right way and not missing an input.

  • Sometimes the sync with salesforce does not work, so if there's ability that when a new field is created in salesforce for say a closed won template, that it would update that new field into Dooly.AI automatically
Dooly.AI is best suited when you are needing to take a lot of notes or when needing to make updates to something in salesforce and you want to eliminate the time it takes to find each field that is necessary. The fact that there is no duplicate entry like I am used to for taking notes is where I see the biggest time savings.

Dooly is being used by our Sales team for call notes and sales pipeline updates in Salesforce.

It eliminates data silos and having notes in multiple places. Sales reps can complete their notes in Dooly and have those automatically attach to multiple Salesforce records. Additionally, Dooly saves our sales team hours by not having to click into each Salesforce opportunity to update the next steps and other fields.

I have been using Dooly.AI at two employers over the past few years. I love it so much! Dooly helps me stay organized and update multiple Salesforce fields at once. Dooly is crucial to my success and my organization. I love being able to see all my deals at a high-level overview, and immediately update my next steps and modify close dates in one place. In my former workplace, we had many dependent fields within Salesforce, and in order to close out an opp, you needed to remember about 16 different fields to fill out. I used Dooly templates to make this process extremely easy and much faster than messing up, having to restart, and spending time waiting for the Salesforce page to reload. I am SO appreciative of Dooly and owe my success to them!

Especially in organizations that have a complex use of Salesforce with many dependent fields, Dooly is especially helpful. If your role does not involve Salesforce, or focuses more on producing reports within Salesforce, you likely would not value from Dooly compared to someone editing fields all day.

[Dooly.AI] is used by the sales and customer success teams. It's a huge time saver to be able to sync fields into our dooly notes, use templates, and sync notes back to Salesforce for everyone to see.

Most of our sales, onboarding and implementation team use Dooly for all customer calls and interactions. As soon as you start a new note and link it to the Salesforce account, opportunity, etc. the related notes will appear and you can quickly see all notes for that account. They also sync with salesforce.

Personally, I use it to update all of my opportunities while I'm on a call with a customer while taking notes. I also can quickly update accounts and opportunities using the boards feature so I don't have to use SFDC as much. It saves me a ton of time!

  • The Gcal integration allows me to start a new Dooly note from a customer call directly from the calendar event
  • I think the home screen can be organized in a more visually appealing way, but that's the only thing I can really think of. I'm quite happy with the tool.
Dooly is well suited to log calls, update SFDC records, take notes, and assign SFDC tasks. It's super customizable so you can choose which fields you want to display in your views. Sure you can update these things in SFDC individually, but when you have multiple meetings and calls a day, Dooly saves you a ton of time.

Dooly isn't well suited to view SFDC reports.
